What You’ll Do:
As soon as a contract has been signed with the sales team you will handle the management of this project.
You will be the client’s primary contact and insure the organization and project development from the signing of the contract to the event itself.
You will be the central point in the project coordinating the development teams and insuring the client’s needs are met.
Who You Are:
You have 3 years of experience in project management or a related field. You master and manage all aspects of project management including project planning, data gathering, analysis, development, extensive internal and external communication, status tracking, implementation, monitoring, and extensive follow-up.
You are confident in coordinating project activities and communicating key project timelines, milestones, etc. You are EXTREMELY organized and have excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs.
You are fluent in English and French oral and written communication as well as a knowledge of Dutch.
What You’re Already Good At:
You’re a team player with strong problem-solving skills who is able to make decisions under pressure.
You possess strong oral and written communication skills in addition to being proactive at identifying and owning leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
You will be in charge of assisting the senior web developer and web designers in developing the back end of our web platform.
You will also help in the integration with various API’s and interactive touchscreens.
Who You Are:
You have 1 to 2 years of experience. You are a very well organized and structured person who has a methodical approach to work with a good sense of responsibilities.
An ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure is required as we develop projects under very short deadlines for the event industry.

Vos futures responsabilités:
- Vous aurez un rôle de pionnier qui consistera en l’ouverture du premier bureau Getyoo à Paris.
- Vos principales tâches seront la prospection et la recherche de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires. Vous serez en chargé(e) de démarcher nos premiers clients sur Paris et ses environs: principalement des organisateurs d’événements.
- Vous vous occuperez du suivi de grands comptes clients. Grâce à vos compétences commerciales, votre créativité et votre collaboration avec l’équipe de Bruxelles, vous serez capable de convaincre les clients, de négocier et de finaliser des contrats.
- Le premier stade débutera par de la prospection téléphonique suivie par des rendez-vous commerciaux accompagnés par votre manager direct.
- Vous élaborerez et mettrez en œuvre des activités spéciales de vente afin d’augmenter les ventes.
- Vous suivrez les pistes nouvelles et d’orientation résultant de l’activité sur le terrain.
- Vous participerez à des événements de marketing tels que séminaires, foires commerciales et événements afin de promouvoir Getyoo.
- La position exige de travailler selon un horaire flexible et occasionnellement de voyager à l’étranger
Qui vous êtes :
Vous avez suivi une formation académique en commerce, marketing ou un autre domaine similaire. Vous avez une expérience dans le développement commercial de minimum 3 ans. Vous parlez couramment le français et avez une bonne connaissance de l’anglais. Vous maitrisez parfaitement les outils Microsoft Office et êtes capable de créer, composer et éditer les documents écrits ainsi que des présentations Powerpoint. Vous avez un intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et le web. Une bonne connaissance ou expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l’événementiel est un plus.

- Keep up on latest graphic design trends and best practices in the industry, and share info with the team.
Who You Are:
You have strong visual design skills with a strong sense of layout, color theory, typography and style. You have a degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, one to three years of relevant design experience and advanced proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (Slicing, Web Images Optimization, etc). You also have an understanding of xhtml (html5), CSS 2 (3) and a basic knowledge in interface design and user experience (desktop/mobile). Notions of Javascript, Flash/Flex are a plus.

Description:
You will be in charge of the maintenance and operations of our computer system and network.
Your mission will be to install, configure, support, and maintain servers or other computer systems (hardware) for development test and production servers. You will provide monitoring and maintenance scripts/processes for all tiers of systems, including supporting documentation. You will also be building and maintaining scripts/processes to efficiently roll new code to systems. and interacting with customer technical teams to plan and execute application installations.

Skills:
- 2-3 years of professional experience Linux system administration, J2EE application deployment, and production support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Previous experience running a production LAMP solution stack environment including monitoring, backups, disaster mitigation and recovery
- Previous experience supporting server-side Java solutions embedded in the Tomcat application container
